Lovely video - thank you. I've been stitching for over 20 years and never occured to me to end my threads like this. I will definitely give it a go - thank you for sharing 🙂

Thank you for this tutorial on starting and ending threads. I will for sure give this method of ending threads a go. When I watch your stitch with me videos I always wondered how your ending thread didn't get in the way on the back since you cut it flush against your fabric. I figured it would fall back through and you'd have a lot of hanging threads on the back, but I guess not. lol

Thank you for the demonstration. I will practice on the new HAED I am starting. First stitch is a ninja stitch.

I really like how you use the loop on the back to secure ending threads. Thanks for sharing this 🙋‍♀️

Absolutely fantastic tutorial Nicola😁👏. I have never seen this method. As a self taught stitcher I've only ever read what the books said! I'm going to give this a go, it looks so neat. Thank you. Hope you're feeling better today. Take care and thanks again much appreciated especially as you were feeling so rough🤗

Thank you so much Nicola for showing us how you do this. I may give it a try myself, because I also have to do all things you listed to flip my work and it slows you down so much plus I get soar in my neck etc after flipping my work so many times....praying you feel better real soon

Thank you for this. I have been struggling doing the pin stitch on my latest project and I hated waste away threads so I am definitely going to give your method a go 😊

You should be fine for finger stabs if you use the ball tipped needles ;)

I don’t know why I’ve never watched this video. It’s extremely helpful and I’m going to try this out rather than flipping my heavy Omanik frames.
Is that how you’re ending your threads on She Sleeps?
Thank you for making this video.

I really like how you end your threads and I'm wondering how this would work with tent stitches, especially tent stitches that are further apart. I've tried to figure it out, but I keep messing it up. Would it be possible for you to show us the same method but with tent stitches that are say 10 stitches apart? Does that make sense? Right now I'm using a partial pin stitch on 22 count and I'm having trouble finding a place to do the pin stitch in areas where most of the stitches are filled in so your method would be great if it can be done with tent stitches.
