very good this guy on progression for a guy like me whose 61 but i tried to start with chins and it was too hard for me i am 61 and quite heavy after llosing a lot of weight i am 99kg but this gues proogression and quality tips are very good.
That was great. I don't feel like i learned really anything. But instead that I was reminded who i am. That is mastery level my good Sir. Take care ❤ Edit : wow i was just half way through the video 😅
у него масса неадекватно не набирается, первоечто надо ему проглистоваться, а потом уже техника выполнения травмоопасна, при таких тренировках должен быть прирост в 3 раза больше по массе##
I am loving these podcasts. You should definitely try and get kboges to do a podcast with you, he has a very holistic approach to fitness that is refreshing
I love using rings. It is so much better than the bar at times simply because of the range of movemenf differences. Doing things like skin the cat etc. And easier on the joints, I use rings at least 2 -3 times a week. The moment I added rings to my workouts was a game changer for sure.
Older video but I gotta say these interviews are invaluable to a novice like me. I definitely needed to hear "if it suits you. Then do it." Gonna stop doubting my current training regiment and go at it with full force. I'm having fun with it and gaining progress each week.
I am so excited for this. Wow. I love Paris and his work! Loyal follower of both of yours. Man, it is such a dream of mine, to be able to collaborate with you on this podcast one day about training and calisthenics as my channel grows more and more, and I keep mastering more calisthenics at 6’4”!
Dude! Did you really have to do that?🤷🏻♂️ I mean wow! I am literally shocked. You Showed symbol of Vajra to everyone.🤦🏼♂️ Doing great job revealing our secrets. Well done man.👏👏
Great news. you've remind me of what someone once said❤ Making money is an Action, keeping money is behavior, Growing money is Knowledge. I once attended seminar and ever since then i been waxing strong financially, and i most tell you the truth.
This is really a great content video. I enjoyed listening to both You guys continue success in progress. Also a lot of appointers in the video were very relevant to just a everyday person who wants to stay in shape and attend the gym and feels and goes through these different moments in training. I thought the topics were very resonating
Rings training can absolutely unlock and dial in on those semi dormant work eras and hits those not fully expressible by conventional bar or smith machine variation.. RINGS= incredible crazy growth, definition and even reinforcing your current foundation..
Honestly watching all of these dudes videos, i feel validated denying bench in my program ever again unless its incline. It just never works for me and i dont think it ever will. Something about it has just always been awkward as shit for me.

Unimaginable wisdom when you spoke about success. It goes against all the evidence and science based obsession
BOM is a real one. Wise, compassionate, funny and extremely competent. All should be aware.

More like the collab I didn't know I needed

Rings nearly tore my pecs of holy shit that was eye opening 😅😅 I guess it humbled me enough to polish my technique
The One True Struggler!

As an older beginner shall I begin with knees ?
Let’s fuckin goooo!!
52:08 - I'm having trouble finding that leverages video on Bald Omni Man's channel. Help?
genetics > overwork
My abs are so sore rn rip to me... PS de-thatching with a metal hand rake is great exercise.
If it's locked up, why is my strength hiding from me?
275 for a couple of reps at 15 without ever having benched is un-fucking real. Insane genetics if true.
5 years of calisthenics prior
In the end , you must need a good diet plan .
guy talking low . without close caption .. like they not talking fast
