Cool Car Tire Valve Caps with Locking Black and Chrome Air Stem Covers

- These cool tire valve caps, with golden knight sitting on a horse, come in black and chrome variants. They are made of metal and have special anti theft bolts, which are used for locking the air caps to the valve stems of your car tires.
The bolts are being screwed in by a small hex key (Allen wrench), which comes in the package. The custom valve stem covers make your car more stylish by giving it a unique and beautiful look.

Until you realize when you need to put air they are literally welded shut to your valves. Because your combining to different metals which causes corrosion and makes the valve tips stuck on the valve. I had to get a blowtorch to remove. DO NOT USE THESE YOU WILL REGRET!
I haven't got any problems so far, however, I use them on my summer wheels, and my car has a garage. So I am not sure about using them in extreme conditions all the time.
Those are some sharp looking tire valve caps. I really like the locking feature too. I'm going to check into getting these

so, I hope you dont loose the allen key when you need air in your tire! How much do these weigh? Do they throw off the tire balance or damage the valve stem by slinging this much weight around?

Yes, it is normal. Don't push it too hard in because you can damage the thread of your valve. Just enough so that the tire cap doesn't turn.

Not really, since you need a very small hex key, and most hex sets don't come with such.
@@reviewthecheapest oh like it would be so hard to aquire. You could also use a micro flathead that fits between the corners of the hexagon
@@joker_storm2232 if someone is intent on stealing these then I would agree with you. This is more of a deterrent to the opportunist boy racer that takes a fancy to them in a car park.
