Sir i am unable to access GUI of firewall that are connected Through IPSEC tunnelling even Tunnel is UP and ping Response is ok.
You need to configure the management services on the interface you are trying to access over tunnel instead of management interface. It would be great if you can explain the exact scenario and the topology.

This is very informative tshoot session. I have one query, by default in IPSEC traffic for all ports allowed if we want to restrict traffic to a specific port like 80/443 would it be possible and how we can achieve this.
with the help of security rule, restrict applications to port 80 & 443 by calling http & https services in the allowed rule.
