You can lose something in your ass however, so only use toys with a solid base in there. If you want something internal, but don't want to deal with the hassle, try menstrual cups. I switched from tampons a few years ago, and never go back. So much more sanitary than pads, and I only have to change it once every 8 to 12 hours, unlike tampons.
