“ we waste so much time, trying to be good at winning while we never learn how to lose” - Bruce Lee, the way of the intercepting fist 🙏🙏

I have been searching for a teacher like you my entire life. As they say, when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. Thank you jefe. 🙏

Hard to explain how much this helps to hear and see Chez. I mistakenly turned away from my martial artist past through lifes hardships and these fair and honest tough love lessons single handedly woke my intense inner beast again. I am focusing on savagely giving my energy toward healing myself and sending love to you and your family. Thank you again for everything!

I likely won't watch the whole video but man something about you made me want to subscribe and learn more about fighting.
Though my mom won't let me fight or even train boxing at a real gym until i'm older, I astill try to train.
I made my own punching bag with an old swingset of chains and rubber and i practiced swinging on it for a little this morning with some of my friends.
Train hard and Be kind to others is a great way to live and I want to thank you for spreading the positivity the world needs in strength and sports.
