The TCAS contact is extremely useful. That puts a positive location on the bogey. It would be useful if someone would draw vectors from all reporting aircraft and see if they coincide at a single point or multiple points (at least in the horizontal plane). Also, is there any record of Portland ANG sending out a pair of F-15C's or the new F-15EX's to have a look? Understood they don't scramble for every UAP report, but this is multiple professional aircraft, some pilots seemingly with prior .mil experience reporting unknowns with positive TCAS contact and exceptional flight dynamics. Or are we still under orders to do nothing, like with the infamous Chinese ISR balloons? Note: can you slightly increase the aircraft labels, perhaps when each is transmitting? They're kinda tiny snd hard to read on a phone. Thanks!
@@craig7350 I don't know if it's broadcasting its position or if the life flight plane could see it on his screen. N661LF is a small single engine 11-seater, so it may only have TCAS I, which I believe will just say "Traffic - Traffic" but won't give the traffic's position or issue alerts about what evasive action to take. The planes in the area that would have TCAS II didn't report any alert, and nothing was picked up on radar seemingly. If it's a military plane I'm glad they were being at least somewhat responsible by keeping TCAS turned on to try and avoid collisions since we've had more than enough of those for a lifetime, or perhaps the pilot was of one of those crafts was supposed to shut it off and forgot to while the rest did. It's a weird occurance.
I’m an airline pilot and these weird lights in the sky became common a few years ago. They not in any kind of an earth orbit, but everyone tries to call them “starlink”. Every pilot knows what a satellite in orbit looks like and when to expect to see them. It must have been a particularly good show for someone to actually report it to ATC. Usually we just quack about them on guard frequency.
Interesting to hear this after all of the buzz surrounding the NY/NJ area lately. I had no idea there were contacts out there recently. At least one of those has to be military if the TCAS went off, and 50,000 feet is fighter/spy plane territory. I just hope they just stay well clear of the civilian airliners and stop frightening the public. Either have a PR person go up to a podium and tell everybody what you're doing (even if some details need to be kept vague) or go do it some place where you won't alarm everybody. There are tons of remote areas where you won't set off any alarm bells.
Happens much more often than we know. Many pilots will report these sightings to "company" dispatch or between themselves but feel it best not to go on record with ATC/FAA.
The picture is not helpful. Could be anything. :/ But from multiple angles the pilots pointed towards the same are, by this alone it was likely not orbital or a planet, this was really in the area. Maybe not all 4 lights were in the area, maybe some were planets still. First I thought maybe lanterns, but the point the Medevac seeing an object on TCAS and then seeing it zooming back and forth in a pattern I think this was likely some military flight. Kind of crazy there was no active TFR.
@SwissPGO idea of lasers on patches of clouds fits sudden quick movement vertically, and the circular motion easily fits a person moving a laser pointer. Maybe a ship testing out Navy laser weapon?
@ Ok, if radar saw it, then definitely not someone flashing a laser. I did not picked that up in the audio. If it was detected by the airports radar... in that case they would know altitude, speed and number of objects. And it would mean it is quite big (unless it has a radar reflector), because small dji style drones would typically not be picked up by airport radar. They also would not fly that high
The Planet Venus, it's low to the SW for positions in Oregon at that time. The smaller reflections could be multiple reflections off the layers of the windscreen.
Picard, "THERE ARE FOUR LIGHTS!"
Screw bigfoot, we got aliens out here now!

so the 'bogey' has a transponder with TCAS and is broadcasting its position?
🤡
@6:10 take it up with 661LF, he's the one who reported it.

tbh as a student pilot i hope to see ufos mid-flight one day😂💀

Where’s the video from the medevac?
Did 1LF get any video, or just a still?

I would assume military flights have to be on radar if its just flying somewhere not out of US airspace

no, more like civilians playing with lasers if lasers involved.
@@ardeladimwitCan civilians have lasers to light up 50,000 feet, 10 miles high, bright enough to be seen from 20 miles away?

never mind, it's just the Thetans escaping Mt Hood and Mt Rainier.
It's Iron Man!

There’s been drone sightings at multiple locations the past few weeks. No one seems to know whose drones
Likely someone pointing a laser onto some clouds?
lol no, these are non-human or military

I can assure you that every pilot knows what Venus looks like.

AARO: "These pilots have obviously been inhaling too much swamp gas."
Looking west just after sunset, these are satellites. The sun is reflecting off of them.
Lights are red green and white top and bottom becons equals 4 dunbasshats
Lights in the night sky. Never seen that before.
Are you a bot?
Nothing to see here. Move on.
The closest planetary system is 100 light years away. No one is visiting earth. We are but a grain of sand on a beach
If thats true please explain the leaked Pentagon videos
right, because there are no interdimensional ways of traveling that have been disclosed by Dr. Greers group - are you stuck in the 50s still?
Did you never watch Star Trek and how transporters work?
What a fool you are…
you think in the universe our tech is the most advanced? doubt it. i bet other extraterrestrial entities or species has it all figured out by now
One pilot job available. Must be of sound mind.✌️🐨
You didn't watch the video, huh?
