    How much govt fee applicants have to pay if someone chooses real estate option?

    • @Migroniscitizenship
      @Migroniscitizenship  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello! Thanks for asking. Real estate investment starts from $300,000. There is also a return on investment (3-5%), and holding 5-year period is a mandatory requirement to get citizenship of Saint Lucia.
      Do not forget about other CBI options as well. Such are: donation to the National Economic Fund (from $100,000), investing in government bonds (from $500,000), enterprise projects (from $1,000,000), and unique time-limited Covid-10 Relief Bond offer (from $250,000).

    I have the following questions:
    1. if I have a st.lucia citizenship/passport can I visit usa, canada, australia and russia without any tourist visa?
    2. how much is the annual property tax in st.lucia and personal income tax in st.lucia?

    • @paulabrahamimmigrationcons9723
      @paulabrahamimmigrationcons9723 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      for your 1st question The St.Lucian passport offers visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to 146 countries.

    • @Migroniscitizenship
      @Migroniscitizenship  3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Hello! Thank you for asking. Yes, Saint Lucia doesn’t have visa-free access to the countries you mentioned. However, with this citizenship, you gain possibility to get long-term visas to the USA and Canada.
      The annual tax on a residence on the island is 0.25% of its open market value.
      St. Lucia does not impose worldwide personal income tax for international non-residents like the USA does, but does impose income tax on those residing within it.
      An individual residing in St. Lucia as a tax resident is taxed on all income generated within the nation as well as foreign income brought into the nation during their residency period. The income tax rate is calculated on a scaled bracket meter, with the value of taxes increasing as the value of income increases.
      The minimum taxable financial income is set at 18,000 XCD, and any financial income above that is taxable as per the scaled bracket system shown below:

    What's the crime rate? What the cost index etc, bank interest on fixed deposit in banks.

    • @Migroniscitizenship
      @Migroniscitizenship  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Saint Lucia can be called the safe place. Its crime rate has steadily falling during the last years. In public places, you always can take standard precautions, just like in the USA, the Great Britain, or any other location.
      Deposit interest rate for Saint Kitts and Nevis was 4.51 percent (from 1980 until 2020).

    1. Do you have to be resident or tax resident somewhere else inorder to disqualify yourself from tax residency in st lucia? or could you theoretically travel around the world and be resident nowhere?
    2. Even if you are not tax resident in st lucia do you still have to file paperwork every year saying you have 0 taxes to pay, or do you have to declare your overseas assets and income?

      The passport application is something separate, like in most countries you have to be a citizen before you can be granted a passport.

    You are so corrupt and incompetent. How does it take one year to review a simple application when there’s not even a huge number of applications.
