I haven't done the exact calculation but I would play it safe and try in a friendly challenge!!! Rocket spear is a tough question to solve! Im using it at level 20 and have solid success so I would say above level 18 it could work well!!

Hey bro try Druid army I can give u army comp if u want it’s pretty much a hero dive with fireball I’ve been walking through Max based with it with low level heros and abilities
Personally bro it is super strong but the level of error can increase a lot!!! You can make a fireball mistake and it can be bad but you can still recover!!! Super witches are a lot safer I would say!!! Personally though this is a lot of fun and I am enjoying it a lot!!!
I think u need to use the value of the fireball more, you used your r to clear front use invis to fireball further into the base and benefit how the fireball hits all sides and not just use front side of fireball
The army is really good and fun, the only adjustment I would make is kings equipment to Giant gauntlet and rage vial, when you have something to open up the base I still think the GG RV is still better than the earthquake boots because your king is a lot tankier 😅
