I went back and I hit the like on all your old videos. I am very proud of you girl. I'm also happy that you're feeling well again❤

I had many bouts of complicated diverticulitis and eventually it caused a fistula on my bladder and I had to get that surgery as well as a colon resection, they removed 15 inches of my small intestines and colon portions. Not for the weak lol Thank you so much, Doll ♥️♥️

That's what I need a challenge. In 2022 I started the JJB classes year round. But it gets pricey. I didn't do the 2024 summer camp JJB class and not sure if I will participate in the winter JJB class this year.

Ohmygosh yes.... more frequently than I care to admit lol. Just try to not pressure yourself too much....the inspiration will return. I like to take walks or drives and just kind of take in my surroundings, it can really help unblock some of those roads in our minds ❤️❤️
