My father was stationed in green land befor I was born in the 60's. All I know is a few black and white pictures. Nothing more.

Crazy minds !! Love their passion and drive to push through such environments. I’ve spent many nights in a tent near Qaanaaq while raging Greenlandic Piteraqs threatened the tent walls from outside. ( with 21 st century luxury and emergency coms & nav ) Great share !

There was something very... Victorian in Wegener's determination and boldness in the process of achieving His goals. He followed into the steps of Shackleton, Irvin and Mallory, Scott....and so on.
