If the western part of Indian Ocean is intensified with warm water that means a low pressure is developed over there how it impact the Indian monsoon because the air travels from HP to LP pls explain?

The warm water causes the air to expand and form clouds, which cause rainfall on that side. In India,the same cloud is responsible for heavy rainfall.
