The difference between Super Sentai and Power Rangers is that Super Sentai don't hesitate to bruise and kill their characters and if am not mistaken both are for kids, just gotta wonder are the kids in East more mature than in the West or maybe it's the parents things that will complain about such violence in a kids show.

Fiveman's Super Fiverobo got his head and left arm torn apart by Big Garoan in episode 44 but returns in episode 47. Star Five was the first one fully repaired before Fiverobo However the Magma Base was destroyed in episode 48 at the hands of Vulgyre in the final battle

I read that Liner Boy’s AI had survived Max Victory Robo’s destruction, and Victory Robo was rebuilt and returned in Timeranger vs GoGo V.
Jet Garuda from Jetman was destroyed in the final battle by a stab of Jet Icarus' Birdonic Saber while holding Raguem but it was rebuild in the non canon sequel manga

Also, I wouldn't consider Daizyuujin's arm gettin' chopped off (and Dragon Caesar's tail gettin' chopped off) as outright destruction. Also: Abaranger's got something more sensible...Top Galer's destruction because of Abarekiller's Dinominder overloading and exploding (WITH the built-in death of Mikoto just before they were far enough away from the earth that the inevitable explosion would only destroy Mikoto's body and Top Galer).

Wow, I thought it was very unnecessary for most of the mechs in super sentai films to be destroyed because in most films the destroyed mechs reappear out of nowhere, you'll understand how all the mechs destroyed came back only in the film, as the Japanese production of super sentai isn't even that perfect, so all this destruction was unnecessary 😒

The saddest moment when watching Super Sentai is when your favorite Mecha is destroyed like that, it's very sad and disappointing :(
one of the few things that I don't like about super sentai are their sound effects, they sound so old fashioned even for recent super sentai
