Always wanted to hear the origin stories of the shit I was doin in Port Arthur in late 90s early 00s. I remember this drought you talking bout. It was dry than a MF all of a sudden out the blue then when it came back the price went thru the roof! Shit had south east Texas fucked up for a while fr. This is how I learned what withdrawals were, real shit. Before this I was drankin, not knowing what happens if you all of a sudden ain't got it. Im in my early 20s at the time.
