    do book off have manga thats already translated to english?

      It's hit and miss in big cities like Tokyo and Osaka, but pretty much nonexistent anywhere else. I shopped there all the time when I lived in Nara, mostly for the DVDs. Your best bet is Kinokuniya. They have a foreign books section and have some of the more popular manga translated.

      Dragon Ball, Pokemon, One Piece, Naruto - all these anime are so overdone yet never a masterpiece. There are better series out there
