I summoned Shi before I finished the LB3 story mode, so he gave the whole 'did I arrive too early? Is this a time space fluke? 1 week late but hey, at least I giving a answer. It's gonna depend on what support you have and what's your gameplay style: Ibuki is literally a monster for pure crits with her super buster and NP that debuff with buster resist, so if you have someone strong in the crit buff role like Merlin, Waver or even Hans I would say she's your pick. Muramasa is incredible strong and famous for the NP spam with double Castoria, but because of his 50% NP charge on his 3rd skill and the new NP charge per card you actually don't need her for the loops unless you want to do fast clears, but remember that Muramasa does't have survival skills, so if you don't end up the battle fast you gotta have a way to protect him. To sum up, If you priorize farm go for Muramasa, if you like boss battles more I would go for Ibuki. ...Or you can bet all in and try both :v
