youre right, usually it's TO's, but this game it was rebounds (63- 47) and officiating on those supposedly clean blocks on Poole, sorry he got hammered. Warriors went small and paid on the boards for it.
Stephen is way more reliable than Poole. Whenever Poole dribble the ball under the rim, I was worry about him being blocked.😂

Poole's IQ in the 4th is really concerning at this point...

5:00 was insane. Wiggins sets up for the shot and everyone essentially starts walking back. The confidence you get from your team trusting you and having confidence in you like that is AMAZING.

Poole not only master of TOs but now master of getting blocked. I think poole is best played 1st - 3rd quarter, leave him out of the 4th as his decision making is very poor when he's exhausted. Never make a mistake of playing him in OTs

Poole really needs to take a page out of Curry's finishing book. Curry always shield the ball with his body when laying it up, while Poole only relies on speed. That's not gonna cut it against guys with quick lateral movement. He got blocked like 10 times this game.

What warriors need is a decent centre. They've been crushed in rebounding and defense in perimeter. Give Wiseman extra playing time to develop his game or trade him now. Still love my warriors!

@@hdsushi7628 recently thats been a problem, but in terms of his ability as a player, hes always been streaky, he has only ever played well for stretches last year when he wasnt a focus of the defense, a big drop in efficiency should have always been expected. They gave him a huge contract i dont think he deserved, gp was a cheaper option and probably their best defender too. Not sure why they valued ball handling and streaky scoring over a perfect role player

a couple of those in crunch time on Poole were not clean blocks, NBA officiating sucks, especially when it comes to glamorize blocks when the shooter hits the deck and obviously gets hit. .
Big Al is like Tim Duncan that game. He was timing his blocks perfectly

That gave the warriors a break which resulted in a quick Klay three pointer

Very interesting match from beginning to end. As a Warriors fan, I ain't mad at this OT loss at all. I'm not even mad at some of the obvious missed calls.
Match could easily have gone either way, which leads me to believe that the Warriors are nearly play-off ready.
Cleaning up the TOs, cutting down on some unnecessary fouls, and collapsing the Celtics in the paint to open up more 3s, and we should be fine.
I like how Kerr maintained a small-man line-up and forced the Celtics's big fellas to run.
Our defense is coming along as well, and Kerr looks to have Boston's number once again.

Small ball cost us a lot of rebounds which in turn cost us the game. But otherwise I agree with you in general.

This is start of a new rivalry I love it
not a single Celtics fan will confidently say this is a WIN. Funny the C win yet the GSW fans is more confident about this loss and i cant blame them, Celtics is really not on that same mentality with GSW, and we can all say blah blah this and that but we all watch the game. and the amount of mental breakdown especially from the MVP runner in Tatum is still glaring. I know C's fan will come at this personal opinion and i wont blame them they will protect their team and celebrate this 1 win like the 1st meeting in GSW home beatdown did not happen.
Kudos to both team good game with a lot of bad and miss calls on both side especially in crunch time.

Jordanpool is a minus for the team. Jordanpool's EPM is -0.4 RAPTOR -4.4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ORTG 105 DRTG 117 BPM-2.6 VORP -0.2 None of the players are positive, but this inefficient and inefficient player plays the most and takes the most rolls on the team, so the team loses. Jordanpool's roll needs to be reduced by at least half.

Golden State still has a solid system and have the ability to step up when needed.

Not a bad loss at all. A preview of what is to come if ever they meet in the finals. If GSW can limit the TOs and Poole will use fakes to throw off whoever is guarding him so that his shots will not be blocked, then any team that gsw is up against will have nightmares.

Really good game overall
Warriors will need a win in the next game to get back to 0.500 again. This game was a great game. Celtics destroyed the Warriors on the glass and the Warriors made more threes going small ball. Pretty good battle to get to OT. I hope Steph and Poole make the right decisions, because Klay, has been making the right decision by driving to the basket in those closing minutes rather than shooting contested threes. Anyhow onto the next.
Can we use Lamb to replace Poole in Q4?

Jordan Poole always costing GSW games they should win. If only he learns how to fake before he takes off, losing the ball in crucial moment of the game is hard to watch. GSW just gave up the win.
Some of the turnovers cost them dearly as well. If only they can avoid that.
