I'm going a bit on a tangent here but maybe this helps someone. What you said at 31:17 reminds me of some of the best advice I ever received: "if you must do something, do it with joy". The idea is that if we have to do something anyway, then we might as well do it with positive feelings, and that attitude will even lessen the burden of the task (whereas a bad attitude or resentment just makes a task harder).
This advice is really good because it invites us to turn lightness of spirit into a habit, and it makes us more present, and it teaches the brain not to overthink and blow fears out of proportion. Some people even use tasks and chores as a kind of meditation, and look at them as a self-care ritual, and so over time they no longer dread doing those necessary tasks and don't procrastinate.

Your readings for #4 yesterday and today have been instrumental in helping me. As my mom"s caregiver for 7 years I have neglected my health and it resulted in chronic pain all over as well as eye problems. Recently my vision got a lot worse and all day yesterday I spent getting the prescribed eye drops. Vision loss can be frightening but it was only when I calmed down that I received miraculous help and got the prescription at another pharmacy. That related to yesterday's reading of #4. Todays reading was even more on point. I have to begin to eat only nourishing foods and take vitamins especially B vitamins and cut down on coffee. It wasn't that I was eating bad, mostly skipping a lot of meals, not sleeping enough, indulging in coffee and recently in the last 2 days getting emotionally upset after seeing the eye doctor. I claim now the complete return of vision and I wii dwell on recovery instead of any doom and gloom diagnosis. By the previous blood of Jesus Christ I am healed and so it is Thank you.🙏🙏💕
