That is a heaps cool fursona Stormi. But it’s ok to make a sodaroo because you are inspired by Pocari. I made another fursona as a sodaroo because I am also inspired by Pocari as well. But mine is one themed after an Australian beer that I love and sometimes drink that is XXXX. That is the name of the brand of beer and his name is Fourex.
If it's the same soda in the picture you put in the video, I'm glad to say that hey do still sell them in some stores. But Stewart's (though known for their sodas - especially rootbeer) is actually a restaurant that only exists here in new jersey. So I'm not sure if they sell their sodas further away. I've seen them in Maryland stores before, but they're a rare find. You could always take a trip to Jersey. The restaurants have a 50s theme and have really good food. It is also customary to order a rootbeer float the first time you go (but I'm sure yo could get a creamsicle float instead). The Stewart's near me has boat parking because it's on the water!
I like Orenji! Really cool name, sounds Japanese-ish! It seems to me that his backstory could have drawn inspiration from some anime? Heya Stormi! Since you asked about continuing Orenji’s story, I would say that you definitely should! But in my opinion, there’s a lot you could do to flesh out his story and characterization out a bit more so that way his backstory feels a bit more authentic and you can have a better connection to him. For starters, you could easily expand on Orenji’s relationship with his parents quite a bit more to make it a lot more interesting. For starters, how did the fact that the prime minister was Orenji’s grandfather affect him? Did it give him a superiority complex and make him look down on others? Did it make him feel angered, and want to disconnect that part of his life from his being, and try to hide his involvement at all costs? Or did it give him a severe anxiety and self doubt as he felt as though he wanted to be looked up to in life, and felt like he couldn’t feel his grandfather’s shoes? I feel like the second option may work best, but you could always come up with better alternatives to branch this inner conflict outwards. Also, how did this affect Orenji’s father/mother? Wouldn’t the fact that Orenji’s grandparent was the prime minister make them at least somewhat semi famous or hated? How did this emotionally affect Orenji’s parent who was related to the prime minister? These are just some things i’m coming up with on the spot. I also believe you could flesh out what Orenji’s powers a lot more, and void some aspects about him (especially that potato power; i know it’s mostly a joke power, but how does it in any way tie to his character?). Of course, these are just some minor suggestions I just randomly came up with, so take everything I say with heaps of salt. I mean, I’m just a random 14 year old on the internet, so what do I know! I’ll be making a new fursona along with you Malachite: I did not agree to this Name: Sprite Reason: I love the soda Sprite cause it’s a different soda from my brother’s favorite soda, Cocoa-cola. This the first time I’ve ever created a character from scratch and put the name first then the looks. Species: Scorpio Reason: I love to draw this species so imma go with Scorpio Gender: female Reason: I’d be voicing this character and I may not be able to do a masculine voice. Backstory: Sprite was born to a Scorpio breeder who wasn’t so nice to his Scorpios, he’d occasionally get bit by his Scorpios for the abuse. The breeder then had all of his Scorpios removed from his home and put to a Scorpio adoption center. As Sprite grew up, she noticed all the other Scorpios were being adopted out to loving families and she never got adopted out till the facility had to be shut down due to the financial issues that they were faced. Sprite had put into multiple foster homes until she had gotten too a home with a whole bunch of quirky characters. Another Scorpio by the name of Malachite didn’t take a shine to Sprite and would always assert her dominance over the newcomer. A reindeer by the name of Mistletoe was happy to have a new house guest to play with, but Sprite was scared of the overly hyper reindeer. A brown and black Changeling (Yes I love my little pony) by the name of Maddy had welcomed Sprite with calmness and let Sprite get used to her new environment. She was finally adopted by her new found family and she lived with them to this day Malachite: I am not ok with this. Appearance: Looks like Malachite but with green, blue, white, and yellow to match the design on the spite can. Her body is green with her top being a dark blue, her underbelly is white and her paws and lower legs are yellow. Her coat has a metallic shine to it as it’s to reflect on the Sprite can being made of aluminum, a type of metal used in everyday packaging cans. Her eyes are yellow. Powers: Carbonated breath that smells like actual Sprite Weakness: she can’t fly for very long because her wings weren’t exercised enough for them to be strong enough for her to fly long distances, plus her feed was low on precious vitamins and minerals for her wings to properly work right, and that’s damaging. She’s half blind in her left eye due to the overwhelming chemicals that she had been born into. Her claws are weak so when she scratches you, it won’t hurt at all, so I had to declaw her due to them being a health risk for them to be infected and her legs being amputated. Her horns were removed at both so she’s hornless. Her teeth aren’t poisonous due to the breeder removing her venom glands at birth. Dislikes: Flying due to how tiring it is on her, not being able to get a scratch that she can’t reach, her wings clipped, abusers, and neglecters.
I think you could put some more pale tan colors on him, like the seeds of oranges , or mabye some calm yellow colors like orange juice, mabye when you are happy with the design you could get a partial suit of him . just an idea

Suddenly, a new video popped up on his OwOTube recommendations from Stormi the Folf: "LET'S MAKE A FURSONA!" Desperate for something, _anything_ that stood a chance at stopping the mad mamba, he clicked on it. Finally, at 7:35, he found a glimmer of hope in the new character. _Psy, I've found your weakness!_ he thought to himself with triumph, for he knew that Psy could very well hear what he had thought. But now he faced a bit of a moral debacle, as Ourinji was fighting a war himself, and he was doing a good job of it, too. In the end, though, Sylvius knew he had no choice, and brought Ourinji to life from the very screen. After all, Sylvius's story was far better written.
