When I debug depredations and find the reason for it, I usually wonder why it never was a problem before or on different systems (not plan related)
Hm could you check for each column, at least were an single index exists query min and max and compare it with the stats? (A shame it does not do that automatically).I expect if the min/max degrades the bucket histograms will also.
