    Hi Becca! I just started my TPT. I am bingeing all of you videos! If I become successful someday I am going to tell everyone that I learned it all from you. Thank you! Anyway I have a question if you do not mind. I am on a beginners facebook group for TPT and I was told not use Canva because sellers are getting in trouble from individual artists. However, with quality Tik Tok and youtube channels like yours, that is not what the majority is saying! I am so upset. What do you think? Thank you for your response in this matter.

    Where do you find the time to teach, make TH-cam videos, blog, Pinterest and make TpT products?

    • @BeccaDavis
      @BeccaDavis 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well the short answer is that I schedule an hour every morning for working on blog, newsletters, videos, etc. And the rest of the time I am very intentional about how I spend my time so that I can get everything done! I am planning to make some videos that go a little more in depth. Let me know if you have specific questions!

    When I tried the free Canva, there never seems to be the graphic that I want. Do you buy most of your clip art from others? Is it cheaper than buying a Canva Pro membership?

    Hi Becca- I'm searching for information on using Canva for TPT video previews. I see in a comment that you said we can't use an Educator's version. What version is allowed for my purposes? I searched Canva and can't find info on this. Also, is the free music for the background ok to use without giving credit if I'm not selling it? I'd just use it in the preview video. Thanks!!!

      I just started paying for it after using the free version for four years. Like every week for five years. You CANNOT use the educator version for TPT.

    Hello,
    I have a question. I started using Canva as suggested by others after my jpeg and png thumbnails would upload fuzzy on tpt. But i am encountering the same problem. I'm so new to this i spent the whole day trying to mess with adjusting the sizes and i still can't get a break. I finally figured out that my jpeg will come out fine on preview. So for now i only have a cover picture that's fuzzy and a preview of my product. Please help!

    thank you so much for this video! Question- can I use canvas pictures and designs for commercial resources? or should I always use my own paid backgrounds and clip art?

    • @BeccaDavis
      @BeccaDavis 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Eva! I did not know the answer, but I did some digging. It looks like the terms allow for commercial use, and you do not even need to attribute to Canva, so you are free to use it! Here is the article where I fund the information in case you want to read more: about.canva.com/license-agreements/free-media/

    Hi! Thank you for sharing this video! How do you make your thumbnail less blurry when you upload to TpT?

    • @BeccaDavis
      @BeccaDavis 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Nichol! That is due to the resolution. Play around with whether you make a JPEG or a PNG. Also, I find Canva has better resolution than saving powerpoints as pictures, which I know is a common way to make thumbnails.

    Is it okay to still make rectangular thumbnails for tpt? Or do you think the product will have less of a chance selling because it's not square?

    • @BeccaDavis
      @BeccaDavis 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't think people will pass over the resource if it's rectangular, but it looks a bit weird when all the other ones look square, so I would make sure they are square
