If you work mostly from home, something that could save alot of hassle when you're busy is either sous vide or reverse sear. It even works if you're like me and you forgot to take the steak out of the freezer the night before so your steak is still frozen. Time and attention are less of a factor with these methods, and once you are ready just take them put and sear the steak, and while it rests cook your sides

Oof maybe I'm paranoid, but I don't like to cross contaminate. Whenever I touch meat, I make sure to only use one hand for touching meat while I use the other hand for non-meat things like seasonings.

you don't need a "Baller Azz" pan to cook great steaks. You just need a Cast Iron skillet. I encourage everyone to get one. Amazon has them for as low as $20. Use my code to get an additional 15% off. Link is in the description. Don't forget to like and subscribe. Hit the Bell icon to get more random tips from me!! :)

IMHO this is THE tip for this video. Swap that pan for a cast iron or carbon steel for much better caramelization!

use stainless steel, it'll cook more evenly and sear better

You can eat red meat. It can even be a little fatty. Like a ribeye or strip. Unless you are trying to be a Olympic body builder. Idk any of my guy friends who work out on the daily and are pretty huge they don't just eat turkey and chicken. Lol who does that. Barts still living in 2010 or something.

The fitness lifestyle is lame when it come to food. It’s mandatory to finish the steak off with butter, shallots, garlic, rosemary, thyme
