Thank you posting this video. I’ve struggled with acne since my teenage years. Over the last few years products by face reality and Vivant with mandelic acid have been a game changer. You’ve given me some ideas of some additional products to add. I didn’t see any products with SPF. That’s also a crucial step. Do you use any? If so can you share which products.

I also love the Ponds cold cream. I used it when I was on accutane and its so good for sensitive skin.
What is accutane? I’ve being using Ponds for a while now! It’s one of my faves for sure
