What's weird is one of the characters from this episode actually responds to Wishbone when he runs past her to get to the cookie, in the beginning. Wishbone says, "Hi Wanda," and she says, "Hello." So, it makes you wonder about the rules of this universe. Do some particularly creative or insightful people hear Wishbone talk, or does everyone and few of them ever respond, or does no one ever hear him? Interesting. I like that the creators put little intriguing bits like that in the show (though, they could have just as easily been script errors or the like, haha).
@@saltyk2795 In the story bits, the people understand him as if he was really talking since he's playing a character, as opposed to the "real world" in which he's a regular dog.
@@purplemist7 Sure, but that was my point. I used to think the same way, but the Wanda character exists in the real world and still responds to Wishbone when he greets her; further, in the story bits, sometimes the other characters don't act as if they can hear him, even though he is supposed to be just another character in those worlds. That sort of thing is what makes it all a bit weird to me, lol. But, whatever. It's a fun show!

I started watching Wishbone when I was a brand new teacher. Although I was already an adult, I loved the show, and the whole town in which it was set.
