Hearing you talk about how they act like actual people with emotions and stuff makes me happy and proud because genuinely I think that’s what attracts many people to kpop in general. These idols show us so much of themselves and the relationships they have with their members or others while also building a strong connection with their fans. @@LintonWilson ah that's nice 🔥😂 I just got into them 3 years ago too and I regretted how close-minded I was to Kpop. It's a whole new world. These artists spent 10 hours a day practicing their choreo and even more for vocal training and rapping. And they did this for years! I'm not dissing other genres of music but I CAN say Kpop is not a genre with lazy artists.
I mean Kpop isn't even just music. It also involves the artists' personalities, everyday lives, fashion/style, etc.
This is from a guy who's also into hip-hop, rap, pop and rock. Kpop isn't just what I listen to. It's one of the many genres of music I dig but most of all it's the genre of music that I have the biggest respect for.
@@LintonWilson but I have to say.. Lisa's list was the most entertaining out of all of them ... probably the member I preferred you didn't skip at all. Her rap parts were compiled there as well as how many languages she spoke 😭

Some of the scenes were from a reality show they did called blackpink house. They are also releasing videos each week called 24/365 with blackpink. The "miss Korea" reference to Jisoo is because of her beauty/visuals. The "holy forehead" reference to Lisa is because it's extremely Rare for her forehead to be seen.

1:30 this was their Coachella performance 🔥 but yes their other performances especially in the Tokyo Dome and in Seoul are just as big if not bigger. They had their World Tour last year.

I would lose my mind i think if you reacted to the Japanese versions of their songs. They are my personal favs because their raps are in English. And no, they arent just the Korean raps translated to English. The raps are (for the most part, theres 1 or exceptions), completely different.

Their Japanese versions hit way harder. Some of my favs are Boombayah, Du-du-dudu, Whistle, and Pretty Savage...those are the ones off top of my head lol

i really enjoy your take on things and i've enjoyed every single one of your blackpink reactions. you're very honest when you talk about them and that makes me very happy. people may have mentioned this before but BP debuted with 2 songs which was Boombayah and Whistle, so definitely check out Whistle. Another song from BP that i'm sure you'll like is As If It's Your Last. Jennie also has a solo song called Solo which you should also check out. Also BP performed at Coachella last year! The first clip you saw of Jennie rapping was actually from their coachella set so definitely check that out when you have a chance. I wanted to mention that the music videos leave out a lot of the choreography and BP always has amazing choreography so react to their "dance practices" when you have a chance. I'm looking forward to more of your BP reactions!

Kpop idols have to train for years to make it and debut. Some train for 10 years and still don’t make it. Coming from a big company like YG, Blackpink got chosen over thousands of people. Lisa got chosen over 4000 people in Thailand. They work really hard to get where they are and still are hated on for absolutely nothing. They don’t deserve the hate when they just do what they love. It’s hard to be an idol and artist like them because they have to sing and dance. Also, the Kpop industry requires idols to be extremely skinny. They all are skinny. Rose and Lisa are naturally skinny, but some are not naturally skinny. I remember watching a performance of Blackpink and in the comments one of them said that Jisoo was fat. It made me so angry because she wasn’t fat and she was perfectly healthy. I just went on a rant, just wanted to let you know

Very disappointed in this reaction. I know you said that you weren't sure about posting a long video, but to be honest it seemed like you just got fed up half way through and skipped over Jisoo and Lisa.
thank you for your opinion guava, sorry it semed that way. But if you watch all the way until the end i actually explain that i was very short on time! i had work in 15 minutes haha. Lisa is definitely one of my favorites so it kinda pained me that i skipped it too. Which is why i did a video looking at more that these girls have to offer.
