This has taken me back to the good old days when were growing up in Dando.... kama ni izo miwa nimekula nikatosheka , izo chakula za kq nimethora pale boma kama upuzi .... but icing on the cake was whenever we used to have vita ya moshakwe btwn geris.... luckily for me I had what guys used to refer as mkono risasi nilikua natandika wasee meshakwe za kichwa mpaka wana retreat.

Reminds me of our adventures pale Githurai 45 .Yetu ilikua inaitwa Pokto .It entailed following some guy who grazed cows for other people at a small charge into the deep thicket,current-day Mwihoko and Brookside farm . The aim was to hunt hares and watch antelopes as we help Washee (the herds-man) graze the cows. Antelopes zilikua but hizo zilikua zishikwa tu an Washee and his group of hardcore dropout boys. The danger was kushikwa na the guards wa the Brookside farm - 'Askari wa farasi za Ngina' .The wrath of their long whips (nyahunyo) never befell me but their tales were really scary.
