@@AnyahEMB We've actually discussed it in a number of our videos. Under 3/4 of an acre and you can't install a CONVENTIONAL septic or a CONVENTIONAL well. There are work arounds, but they tend to be prohibitively expensive. It's a problem in a lot of these subs created back in the 50's and 60's. Developers subdivided them way too much. Deming Ranchettes and Sunshine Valley are at least good because they were sold two lots at a time. So most people out there actually have 1 acre of land. I wouldn't sell a half acre lot in these regions. At least not without THAT disclosure, but we tend to avoid them all together. Thanks for watching.
