Brushing technique is very important thing for oral health, If your brushing technique is wrong or you are doing hard brushing on your teeth , you will have cervical abrasion problem , after cervical abrasion sensitivity of tooth and other problem starts....bad breath is a very common problem due to wrong brushing technique, so learn proper brushing technique and apply on it when you will do brush next morning.....

Thank you for spreading awareness about proper brushing techniques , Many people in India are still using Manual category toothbruses which literally fail to remove plague from Interproximal Area . In USA as well in other developed countries Majority of people use Oral-B electronic rechargeable Toothbrushes to maintain there Oral hygiene because over the Dental treatment is far far expensive compare to India

Upar taalu par bhi brush karna chahiye , phir saara toothpaste thuk kar jeebh saaf karni chahiye ,brush se kar rahe ho toh brush ko ek bar dho le phir se uspar thoda sa tooth paste le mattar ke daane jitna kaafi hai jeebh saaf karne ke liye ,phir jeebh par brush karey ,end tak ,thuk ko nigal na le ,galey se khich kar cough nikaal ke achhe se poora thuk le ,phir brush aur muh ko bahar se dho le ,phir gararey kar ke muh ko andar se dho le achhey se gargle kar ke ,mai yeh roz karta hu ,ha thoda time zyada lagta hai par muh ki thik se safaai karna chahiye

We should always use soft or super soft brushes only. I hv never understood the logic behind the manufacturing of brushes with hard bristles.
Colgate sensitive soft/ ultra soft toothbrush is a good brush.😌😌
