There was a paper that came with the unit instead of directions that you photograph that links you to wechat and they get back to you the next day with links to the video you need. I haven’t been able to find the youtube videos on my own. Contact the seller and he should be able to hook you up if you lost the paper. I don’t think I’m using half of the functions that the unit is capable of. The programing is incomprehensible to me and I couldn’t get it working on my own. It’s working for everything I want it to do and seems to be reliable

Double check that the small connection behind the ac switch is fully seated. In factory settings, change to the lower setting of the es350 and reboot. When changing settings, they don't take effect until a reboot. I had the same trouble and the guys from Hong Kong got me going. All the programming seems to be random and nonsensical, but when done in the proper way and in the right order it will work. I had a couple of my computer genius friends try, and they couldn't get it working, it doesn't work in any standard manner.
I used eBay item number:204206358577. They want a picture of your original radio. If they say it won’t work ask them why and if there is anything you can do to make it work. They are very cooperative and knowledgeable. The install was straight forward but the programing is incomprehensible to me but I got it done.
You have to contact the seller. They will get you straightened out. I had an IT guy helping me and he couldn’t make any sense of it but it will work if you follow there instructions step by step several times because none of it makes sense, but it will work.

You have to get through to these people on watsapp. I had to get a friend who had watsapp to set it up for me because to me it’s totally incomprehensible. That funny looking picture at the bottom of that piece of paper somehow is the phone number to connect to hong kong. once you start texting to them they are very helpful. They will give you links to youtube videos that you will not find yourself.My ac didn’t work at first because I had it set on high standard and I suspected that so I set it to low and it still didn’t work. What I didn’t know was on those settings you have to hard reboot before they work. This thing now works great and it’s like I got a whole new car.

Everything works on the unit but it’s very weird and not like any other electronic device I have ever dealt with. It can’t be figured out logically it has to go exactly the way they set it up. There are youtube videos on all the procedures but you won’t find them yourself they will send the link for each problem.
I want a button too. I also want a key to start the car. A button cost money to put in while what they have is just part of the screen and costs them nothing. A key cost $2.00 to replace, a fob cost between several hundred to a thousand. Which one do you think they want to sell you? Consider buying a classic car with a push button AM radio. Those days are gone just get used to it. I keep fighting it and loosing at every step.
@@The-Fat-Kid I've seen versions of this screen for an "ok" price and it comes with a few physical buttons but I'm worried about quality. And yeah I agree with the key thing. My fob and the spare both died last month and I hate how the "key" opens everything but can't start the car 😂
When getting stuff out of the orient Japan is number one hands down. Taiwan makes a lot of good stuff, Hong kong comes next with mainland China being a crap shoot. Look where it’s shipping from. This unit came from Hong Kong and it does work and they are supporting it. I saw one with buttons and it was less expensive and had some buttons but I wouldn’t recommend it. Hold the key against the button and it will start.
I cut down an anti glare tablet screen saver to fit and that is a must have addition
