I'm really enjoying this envelopes series. Thank you so much for sharing and taking the time to make a video. They've also inspired me to start crafting and creating again. Your ideas are wonderful and you always make the process look so simple. Using an envelope provides a good base if you're using digitals that you've printed on paper. That was a cute story about your grandson. Kids are so entertaining at 2-3 years old! And, yes, where I live in the US (on Lake Erie in Ohio), we were on the path of totality. It was so very cool and awesome to experience! Being a cat lover, I have an eclipse t-shirt I bought on Amazon which features a cat wearing sunglasses looking up to the sky. The cat looks just like my cat, Sam!

2 minutes in, saw that gorgeous paper, ran right over to the shop (i.e. clicked on the link) and bought the all things roses paper pack. I've never done that before! But they are gorgeous, a good value, and they're on sale today! Ok, back to the video....

You know I’ve never realized it has the longer ruler down the side you can use as well I’ve always pulled mine out and measured with the regular ruler. That’s for that, I can’t believe I’ve missed that all this time as well.

Hi Wendy! Love this simple but beautiful idea. I have lots of junk envelopes to use, so I really love all of the inspiration in this series. My daughter saw a total eclipse and sent a video. It must have been incredible to see in person. We did not see it due to weather, but the sky got much darker.
Your altered envelopes are gorgeous, and I love how you used Michelle’s lovely digitals. The story about William made me smile. I love the grands stories. My (almost) 14 yo son and I traveled to a small town in Indiana that was in the path of totality (nearly 4 minutes!). On Sunday, we drove 2 1/2 hours to central KY so we would be a little closer to the path, and let Monday’s weather dictate our final destination. We were rewarded with a beautiful sunny day. The eclipse itself was amazing, but I was most happy to have so much one-on-one time with my boy. ❤from E. KY

Thanks for sharing….. always enjoy your videos. The eclipse was about 96 percent, watched it on a beach through a homemade box viewer as the glasses weren’t available. It was amazing 😊

I love this so much. I tried it with the envelope but enjoyed using paper too. I made a large masked paperclip to hold everything together so that the underside could be used as a writing space. All credit to you dear ♥️

Forgot the eclipse story- we drove 4 hours south on Friday. Played tourist over the weekend. Watched the eclipse on a blanket in a big field. The light changing was eerie and amazing. It was an amazing experience.

Love these and your grandchildren stories. We had a total eclipse for 4 minutes. It was spectacular! Temperature fell 10 degrees, was eery stillness and solar lights came on!

I like the envelope wonder and the papers are gorgeous. I live in western pa and during the eclipse it just got a little darker, not much of a difference than normal.

Yes I saw the eclipse, we were 99,9% in the path,
I didn’t have the glasses so I used my colander and with my back to the Sun I made a shadow with the colander, and it showed the eclipse in all the little holes! 😊 so cool!

Oh Will is so adorable 😂🥰 Personaly i've noticed that nail polish completely destroys my nails, I often put some for like new years for instance, and after, for WEEKS my nails just crumble and break 😢

Why use envelopes to make a sheet of paper especially because your envelopes are new? You could jusy start with a sheet of paper.
