When filling fee challan form there is no DMC/Transcript/Result Intimation Cards option, so we would have to select degree/verification or Miscellaneous? kindly reply thanks

Yes should contact ur class fellows they will tell ur their roll no . By that roll number u can go to university and find ur roll number.

If u have some family member in Pakistan he can do the process through registered post. Print the form, fill it and send to some of your relative in Pakistan. University will send new documents to ur relative by registered post.

Yes u can get a duplicate DMC. But procedure is not written on PU website. Hope same form will be applicable, but kindly call University helpline for detailed information.

U have to visit ur University Department with your I'd and documents. Only your Department can issue u dmc.

Yes it is written but it's very small. Whenever u go for a job they never ask for such minor things. Employer is more interested in what skills you have.

I hope not because this isn’t really a passport application but I wanted to double check with you.
My 2nd question is whether the collage will attest the application form for duplicate DMC as my original got damaged. I am late student because I passed BSc one year after leaving college. I had to retake one exam and pass in a supplementary examination. My degree certificate has the name of college so I am wondering if I can get application form attested from collage. I don’t know 2 grade 1 officers so it will be difficult to get it attested. Thanks
Getting a duplicate DMC is comparatively easy and there is no such requirements as getting attestation from grade 1 officers etc. Infact this form that is discussed in above video is for duplicate degree and requirements are for those people who lost their original degree

The proof is only class roll number and teacher name.
U have to visit university along with ur university card, and visit exam department. They can tell u ur registration no. With out registration no u can't get duplicate degree online. download the duplicate degree form and fill it, get it attested, attach attested documents, make an affidavit and then go to university, so that u can apply them manually after getting ur registration no.

U have to apply separately for both.

It's better if u send two separate forms for two degrees with two separate fee, but u can send them in a single envelope.

Pls apply for new degree in PU. They may take from 1 - 2 months in issuance and delivery.

U can download the form from university website and send filled, attested form along with affidavit with prescribed fee, and a photo copy of transcript to the university through registered post.

I want to apply for B.A degree duplicate but confused on filling the form I want to ask which name I should write on the degree If I write bachelors name then in the next column I have to write Father ID card no, but he died so how can I write his ID card number?
They keep record of father name so even if he has died write his name and his I'd card number.

Is it a semester result card or an annual result card? If annual result card then u should get its duplicate from exam department, there is minor fee of 2/300. If it is semester result card then get its duplicate free of cost from ur university department.

The process guided in the video is for a duplicate degree. For duplicate DMC there is no specific process of PU. Therefore it is advisable to call university helpline for this purpose.
