I honestly love it when these kinds of things show up on my recommended sometimes (and it's always with Spencer lol) I haven't actually fallen asleep to one yet but it's surprisingly comforting. The rain sounds mixed with the breathing is some how just really soothing and the occasional talking just makes me happy I was a bit surprised by the heartbeat sounds because for some reason, unless it's someone I'm really really close to I hate the sound of heart beats and find it unnerving but it was barely noticeable most of the time in this and I actually rather liked it Also I recently watched the last season and I cried so hard, this was really nice to listen to after all that

I struggle sleeping and this video is honestly the ONLY thing that gets me to sleep. Literally within the first 5 minutes which is a miracle. I’m in the hospital currently, but one of the side effects of my issue is insomnia so I haven’t slept in a good 44 hours despite being absolutely exhausted and prescribed sleep. Although this isn’t helping as it usually would, it’s still very comforting. Thank you :)
