    Hello. Thank you for this awesome video.
    I moved from the USA to The Gambia as I mentioned before, I actually don't have refrigeration at all. From your experience, do you believe I can be successful in sourdough making?
    This particular video was extremely helpful. I like the amount you work with, seems manageable. I hope to try your wrap recipe once my starter and discard are ready.

      You're most welcome. I'm so glad this is really helpful, worth more than anything to me. Yes, you can be successful by using it daily. By the way you will only end up with little discard which is manageable for each day. I also remember your comment, you mentioned being in Gambia. You will definitely enjoy the wrap 🙂

    My sourdough starter is extremely sour smelling... Will this flavor be in the baked bread? Is there a way to avoid it?

    Since I don't have refrigeration at all, what will I do with the discard?

      Maybe a helpful question is why are you making a Starter? I use my discard for everything I bake and for certain foods. Bread, cakes, pasta, muffins, waffles, pancakes and even in my compost. I would say incorporate it into your daily lifestyle.
