This series has been very informative and one thing I really appreciate is that you allow for different tastes in your explanations. I often see arguments about "how x is supposed to taste, otherwise it is bad" and it is nice to see the whole spectrum explored and explained in an exciting way.
Thank you for sharing a nice overview of tawny ports, which are my favorite style. I particularly enjoy colheita tawnies that are 30 or more years old before being bottled. I'm looking forward to opening a Kopke 1975 this Christmas. Cheers!
