My father was stationed for a time in Plymouth during the war.He stayed at the BOQ in the Grand Hotel with his room overlooking the sea front He brought home souvenirs in the form of an inscribed silver cup and his room key mounted on a brig brass hanger I loved this video and getting to see what he saw

Madeleine Power Thanks for watching and leaving the comment! I believe I shot this towards the end of the July! That doesn’t surprise me though, great place for drone footage! :)

I found your comment in another channel. Took a gamble and landed here. I'm amazed you were able to get this kind of quality video from a Mavic Mini. You also have an eye for what is interesting and how long to stay focused on any given thing before changing the angle. I'm not sure if you've been doing this long but well done ! Stop by my channel and give my beach related drone videos a view if you wish ! Subbed #297

Thanks so much David! The Mini can produce 2K video quality, and this is without any ND filters or adjustments to shutter speeds. I have since upgraded to the Mavic Air 2 which is 4K quality and I usually run double the shutter speed of my frame rate (with ND filters). But I try and keep it smooth and make transitions to the next scene giving it a cinematic touch. You should check out some of my newer videos and compare between the quality and how my production has some-what improved. I will be sure to like and sub to your channel. I am sure you have some great drone videos!

@@MatPerry I follow the same guidelines100 ISO, 30fps, 60 on the shutter speed. Because of the water, beaches, and extreme sun I use Polar Pro ND16 and ND32 filters. Currently have a Mavic Pro 1 (which I do not like as much) and a Phantom 3 Pro. Considering a newer model soon.
