- Reaction Drills: Have a partner or coach randomly kick or throw balls towards the goal, and work on your reaction time and agility by making saves from various distances and angles.
4. Core Strength and Stability:
- Plank Variations: Hold a plank position for 30-60 seconds, repeating it 3 times. Additionally, try side planks by supporting your body weight on one arm and leg. Hold each side plank for 30-45 seconds.
- Medicine Ball Throws: Stand facing a wall or a partner, hold a medicine ball, and engage your core as you throw the ball against the wall or to your partner. Catch and repeat for 10-15 reps. This exercise helps mimic the explosive movements involved in goalkeeping.
5. Flexibility and Recovery:
- Stretching: Perform stretching exercises targeting major muscle groups, particularly the legs (hamstrings, quadriceps, calves), hips, and shoulders. Hold each stretch for 20-30 seconds and repeat for both sides.
- Foam Rolling: Use a foam roller on your legs, glutes, and back to aid muscle recovery and alleviate any tightness or soreness.
Always prioritize safety and listen to your body. Adjust the intensity or duration of exercises as needed, and consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise routine.

I got it don’t kick the top part of the ball, kick the down part
He kicked the bottom of the ball instead of the middle, This added spin to the ball making it redirect mid air, as well as the point of contact being on the bottom made the ball move upwards in an arc instead of b-lining twords the ground from the middle kick.
He hits it with the top outside of his foot giving it massive air and curve
