In this video i took bus from Bishkek to Almaty and crossed the land border , it's took 5 hours to reach the almaty bus stop from bishkek bus stand . Bus ride was smooth and cheap . So i suggest you to cross the border by bus and the immigration was also so smooth they didn't ask me anything .

Thanks buddy for the information, but can you elaborate on few things:
1. What documents they asked on kazakistan border.
2. What document you uploaded to get transit visa? As you travelled by bus but they ask for flight ticket to third country on portal.

Hello in kazakhstan They didn't ask any documents . Only passport.
.
For krygstan transit visa you have to upload your exit from the country within 5 days ..( you can use dummy tickets too) and passport soze photo and passport scan copies.

Hello vikas , yes you can enter bishkek from almaty with transit visa and go to tashkent via land from bishkak.
