👍🏽 that’s one thing I never addressed the rebound on the forks. I have to adjust mine pretty cool.
And I also forgot to tell everyone that not only was it easy to assemble it came with a phone holder and a air pump plus all the tools needed and the Allen keys it came with were even swivel Allen's plus the battery charger is 5a so it will charge the battery in 6.5 hrs being the basis 31.5ah. Mine definitely is 40 amp controller, I love this beast! Mine is excellent, so far. And it's super quiet, no motor noise at all!
Yes I was shocked how quiet the motor is it's as quiet as my 1500w direct drive motor and cool I haven't check controller but I just got my PDF for the manual from the company and HR ago and it says 40à controller
@oldmanebikes8392 yeah I'm always curious when I get my e-bikes with the amps are so I took the panel off it's pretty simple but definitely a 40 amp, but before I even bought the bike I asked customer service and they said it was 35
@@JHOFF111 yea I haven't talked with customer service I been talking with one of the owners or big bosses. And he told me it was 40a. He was the one that just sent me the PDF file for this model.
I've got the user's manual when they delivered it and the PDF file but I don't see any amp numbers I do see something that says controller 50 but I know it's not a 50 amp, now I'm second-guessing myself I should look at that again but it doesn't matter, I'm 6'1 240, and some pretty harsh winds today on the Delaware Coast, I got up to 38.6 mph to be exact, my phone GPS said 37 so it's pretty spot on....and I was averaging around 34 or 35 just cruising, excellent bike
@@JHOFF111 I can't send pics on here but look at the manual that came with the bike and on the front cover does it say model FT-02. mine does and this is the manual for the same style bike made by Eahora the FT-02. They are made in same factory but Bigniu did a lot of changes and the PDF I had sent to me is the BG -X manual and on page 15 the FT-02 says controller is 30 to 35a and in the BG -X it says current of controller is 40a. I got one of these bikes couple weeks ago and now I have a flat tire any advice on changing the tube on the rear wheel ?
I haven't had to change the tire or tube yet but it should be pretty easy.
Also when you do it I would put flat out in the tires so you don't get another flat easily it works real good way better than slime
I never knew they told you they sent the tail lights out. He told me to keep it quiet well since he told you yes I got them today. It’s a world of difference, but I still may shop for my own tail light in the future.
I wasn't told it was a secret it's not a big deal at least they are working fast to fix the issue. One of the best things is they listen and help fast with anything I have asked. and 100% GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 💯

@@JerseyStyle7 I'm trying to I need to do a few things to it like a mirror and phone holder and flat out and I'm going to pop the cover off the side to get a pic of the controller. But I should have a video up by tomorrow or sooner. But I will have videos every other day in the plan. Lol the weather is going to be great actually a little hot 🔥 I wish it would stay at like 70 and low humidity but that's only in our dreams

@@oldmanebikes8392 would of loved 2 but had amazon credits i had to burn and was $400 off there so price was about the same.
The bike is designed more for a 5000Watt Motor or a 3000W from the design. 35 is a perfect speed for most areas but if you're in Vegas or any big city that forces riding with traffic you may want a max speed of 45. If you want faster than that get an actual motorcycle. I am working on a review of my Movcan V30 and going over the plans for the Upgrade kit to 3000W from NBPower. Have you had any battery issues with your bike? A lot of the gas tank style batteries are coming out faulty. From the sound of it the BG-X is getting good support from the manufacturer.
No issues with mine and haven't herd of any issues with battery and I talk to the company alot. But you will see mine very soon with 60v45ah ,5k motor, and 150a controller

@@TylerDarden-lk5ym why won't it fit it just needs to be 175mm drop out. I'm getting mine from Risun motors and they even offer it with 100mm rim for the 5in tire. And cheapest price I found. You just need to talk to Justin I think his name is at Risun
@@oldmanebikes8392 the motor rubs against the frame on the 5000W motor that NBPower is selling unless you take the 7 speed off and ride with no chain from what the seller told me. this is on the Movcan V30 that's how they sold me on the 3000W motor. I am tempted to try the 5000W anyway and see for myself but first i have to pay off the 3000W lol

Yes specially on a phone without a computer. That's next I need a good laptop
@@oldmanebikes8392 ....not just any laptop....something built for video work. I use my laptop that was built for attorney and real estate work....it can NOT do complicated video work or any video work easily.
@@IMBruceECLECTIC yes I'm getting one that I just for editing and gaming but I don't need it for gaming lol. The gaming laptops have good video cards and processors in them

It would take off a little faster if it was 52V or higher. I believe it has 80Nm of torque. I would want to see this have 90 or 100Nm of torque. That would make it perfect to me.
We will see because I plan on trying it on 52v soon.

I love the look of this bike but its just so damn sllloooowww. Id need it at like 52 at minimum. Ideally 72v. Its at like what, 73nm pf torque, id want that a little above 100 ,say 120 would be perfect. And 40 miles range? Cmon, some are offering 120 miles plus. They need to beef up the specs and id take one like now.
40mph is slow to you on a 48v system?? Yes it takes off slower than your normal Ebike but it's faster than your normal Ebike. I agree it needs a little more torque on the take off but it climbs hills fine and for all the good stuff you get on this bike and for the price you can not beat it at all. I want you to show me a ebike at the same price come with all this does. You won't find one plus looks bad ass also. Find one and I will ck it out.
@@oldmanebikes8392 Yes, 40 miles an hour to me is slow. I have an electric skateboard. And I hit 34 miles an hour on that thing. Every single day on the way to work, I expect more

that website is beyond sus as fuck, the description of the E-bike is literally for a T shirt.
It's a new website still under construction I believe. But nothing suspicious about it. I had no problem ordering my bike and the customer service is top notch and the bike is too trust me.
@@oldmanebikes8392 it is very suspicious when you take a description from another company and insert it on an entirely different product, even if it is legit (which theres about 3 companies total selling that exact bike) it is still very suspicious.
At present, BIGNIU is just starting out. There are only four people in the company starting a business together. Many things have not been perfected in time, but please give us some time and patience.

@@FoxTailGamesthis is the first I have seen of this bike setup do you know the names of the other bands. I am looking for something like this and like you I'm iffy because of their site and was thinking of picking it up through Amazon. But sill wanted to a few more reviews.
I can say I ordered mine thru there website but if you need to go thru Amazon if for some reason that makes you feel safer than get it. I ordered mine thru there website so I didn't have to pay extra for all Amazon charges like tax and shipping. But no doubt it's a great bike and yes there is another company selling this type of bike but if you look at it the frame is shorter and the whole bike is shorter plus battery on the Bigniu is larger and other things are better on this bike.
