Yes! Over the weekend my documents ALL OF A SUDDEN switched to "Compatibility mode". It was driving me nuts because I'm trying to finish an assignment. I don't have the patience to keep "converting" them from Compatibility mode and wanted a permanent solution. So far I don't see "Compatibility mode" when opening a new doc (it still shows for docs that were already created). But still, Thank you! 😭
