Learning Sanskrit | साहित्य से संस्कृत​ | Lesson 3

क्या : संस्कृत के साहित्य से संस्कृत भाषा को सीखने और समझने का एक प्रयास ।
What : Learning sanskrit through ancient sanskrit texts and literature.
क्यों : संस्कृत भाषा में लिखे अनमोल​ शास्त्रों और ग्रन्थों का उनकी मूल भाषा में अध्ययन​ कर उनकों सही से समझ पाएं और उनके अतुल्य ज्ञान से अपने और अपने आस​-पास के लोगों के जीवन को बेहतर और धार्मिक बना पाएं ।
Why : To be able to read, learn and imbibe the timeless teachings of ancient sanskrit texts and literature, in its original language i.e. sanskrit. So that we can apply those great learnings to improve the lives of our own and everyone around us, and aim to lead a happy and righteous life.
कैसे : भारत के पुरातन शास्त्र जैसे भागवद्गीता, कालिदास के काव्य, नीतिशास्त्र, धर्मशास्त्र, श्री आदिशंकराचार्य रचित साहित्य, पञ्चतन्त्र, हितोपदेश, सुभाषितम्, स्तोत्रम्, मन्त्र इत्यादि को लेकर इनके अर्थ को संस्कृत के माध्यम से समझेंगे और सीखेंगे।
How : By decoding and understanding sanskrit texts like Bhagavad Gita, plays and poetry written by the likes of Kalidasa, different Neeti Shastra, Dharm Shastra, works of Shri Adi Shankaracharya, Panchatantra, Hitopadesha, Stotram, Mantra, Subhashitam etc. we are going to slowly and steadily get familiar with the why's and how's of sanskrit language, its grammar concepts, its vocabulary and how the language is used in practical sanskrit texts.

I am glad you found it useful. One suggestion though, when practicing pronunciation, always speak out loud the letters and words yourself. Don't just listen, you must repeat and say it out loud yourself. Its a way we train our mouth and tongue to be able to produce clean sanskrit sounds.
