I just finished my custom transmission line subwoofer enclosure! Wrapping the box and its beauty panel in vinyl and carpet is always my least favorite step, yet my most favorite. The process can be difficult but if we use the right adhesive and technique we end up with a beautiful custom made sub box that looks amazing and sounds great!

Explaining the steps! There are always things you say/discuss that could be easily missed if it was just visual (w/ music). Your input along with the detail you put into your work is absolutely a big part of your channel's appeal! Please don't change!

I like how the beginning is done if it is a simple task or one covered in a prior video with a link, but if it is something new or you feel it needs a recap then the more drawn out process is better. Having both in the same video is great as well as it provides a more enjoyable experience.

Video with explanation. I think that's why your videos are so awesome and informative. This is what makes you stand out.

  • @guiguigodro

Explaining something only makes sense to the people who already knows how to. Showing how you are doing is the absolute reason why i love to watch your videos. For example, i LOVED when you showed us how complicated it was to setup your CNC router for the bluetooth speaker build. Details are important.. Saying "let's do this" without showing how is plain useless. Thank you for your amazing content.

Love all your videos. I like how you explain the steps and exactly what your doing in your videos. I'm always doing something with speakers and always making some kind of boxes for them. Mostly for home audio though. But I still get so much out of watching your videos. It still helps me even with my home audio. Thanks for all your videos. Love them. God Bless.

With regards to your question Mark, I actually really liked how you did this video. The music behind the parts where a lot of people know the process and there's no change to the standard process was good. As the viewer you can just watch it and visually learn.
When you wrapped the beauty panel pieces in vinyl it was good to have you talk through the process because you had some tips involved (lifting the vinyl in the middle, the type of adhesive to use).
Absolutely love your videos mate!! I've learnt so much in the few months that I've been a subscriber.

I don't think you need to over process your vids and adapt the Casey Neistat template as everyone else seems to be doing. Your edits are clean. You add in the most important bits and remove the repetitive. I am happy on the video editing as it was in your older videos and your more recent work. I don't think you need to change the formula.
