Note - 7 of the tracks on this album were previously released on the 1981 album "Rock 'N' Groove". 3 additional tracks were added on Rootsman Skanking.

One of best albums of any genre, ever. Bunny Wailer had that groove that's so rare. I spent my teenage years grooving to this. All these decades later it still hits the spot. RIP brother, you made a real impact.

I love this music so much . I remember these music from the record "Bunny Wailer sings the Wailers " Had bought that LP back in 1983 I believe. I must have played it 1000X These tunes burned In remote part of me. I always prefer Bunny over Bob & the Wailers music( the touring act w/I-3's). Peter also. I do always love Bob very much ,But as a guitarist , lean to Peter for his rebel sound and solo guitar runs ,and Bunny's voice was pure brilliance and soul. Very sad to find his passing went mostly unreported. He & Peter never got the credit they deserved along wit many other Jamaican artists that have inspired and amazed me for over 40 + years . This sends chills . Favorite though is "Blackheart Man" One of greatest LP ever in History .

My Mom got me a cassette of this album from Tucson, Arizona! I remember wearing out the song Another Dance! REST IN ZION BROTHER BUNNY!!
For me this is the greatest reggae lp ever, with all due respect for "Blackheart Man." To each their own, music is subjective to each listener!
40 years later and these brilliant tracks sound as amazing as they did a young kid. The Wailing Wailers all made our would sound, dance, and feel a lot better.
