    Great video! We love and order duck rice whenever we see it on a menu in Portugal. (The best we have found, so far, is at Quinta da Pacheca. My wife and I and her two brothers all loved it last year and then our 12 food and drink tour guests confirmed this year it was the best any of us could find.) We have a wonderful duck grower here in Petaluma, California called Liberty Ducks so I can't wait to try this recipe with their duck.

      Miguel Fernandes em primeiro lugar obrigado pelo feed back 😀 é importante para nós todo o tipo de comentários em relação aos tempos de cozedura o pato esteve a ferver durante 45 minutos, o arroz primeiro cozinhamos a cebola até estar douradinha demora cerca de 3 minutos depois adicionamos o arroz e o caldo do pato assim que levantar fervura 9 minutos e o arroz está pronto, depois vai ao forno com o calor só por cima e basicamente a ideia é dar um bocado de cor no arroz e na chouriça e no bacon cerca de 5 minutos deve chegar com o forno a 180

    the duck looks great. i personally love to add cheese on top.
    although, terrible terrible cup. worse than the jamie oliver salt and pepper shakers (gordon ramsay fan here) haha
