I echo Mart as the best Ed. I was shocked that they fired him and replaced him in the role. GL made so many stupid decisions. It’s a miracle it lasted as long as it did.

Also Ed had an affair with Lillian Raines and Rick had an affair with Beth Raines. Who is this playing Timothy "TJ" Warner. The other night I watched Kevin Bacon in Diner (1982), those guys are such sad sacks.
I remember Lisa Brown as Nola Reardon but mainly for her later work on “As The World Turns” as the secretive Iva Schneider where she caused just as much chaos but this time unintentionally.

Love GL it was so good. The producers should have moved heaven and earth to keep Lenore Kasdorf as Rita.

I loved the story line with Carrie Marler and her multiple personalities. Jane Elliot was insanely good in that story line.
