I found no such diffrence in blue filter glasses or other glasses

I use my PC for work, have 2 screens looking at me most of the time... So blue light glass do make a difference as it helps you to reduce strain on eyes but yeah I do only wear them when working, playing something on PC or driving. Obviously its not for all day wearing but yeah if you are watching screen for 10+ hours a day then you can wear them for half the time... it will benefit you by maintaining a balance.

Tbh blue light glasses have helped me. So Idk. Strain has reduced a lot.

@@tab8294 Try working for 10 hours(with breaks) with 2 screens staring at you and then add a 4 hours gaming session and you will realize that its not a myth buddy. So its conditional.. maybe the guy "vee" has a more screen time compared to you :)

Don't ruin your eye health by listening to this doc on this topic. If you are on computer for longer hours, considering using them. Blue light literally can alter your sleep cycle.

He is giving the whole explanation with proofs. Whereas you are just saying not to listen to this doctor without any proof
Don't be so foolish. It is a universal fact that blue light affects your eyes and sleep. This is one of the reasons experts suggest to stay away from devices before sleep. This causes more problems than you think. Instead of writing some shitty comments here, go do a quick google search on how blue light affects your eye health.
Mobile have blue filter features but mostly PC not 🚫 so if you are using 4 hour over PC or Mobile it is better to use Good quality blue filter lens and they also have not much yellowish Thanks
bro i use blue light filter on my pc just install a soft ware of blue light filter or buy it for a year with pomodoro i installed careueyes bluelight filter after some day i will search for free software
Active night light option which is already inbuilt in your laptop . go to settings and search 'night light'
So we can do one thing we should use blue light filter glasses after 8 pm or 9 pm it may improve sleep cycle

Bhaiyo, tension na lo, Jo Jo design ya color se related kam krte h wo blue light filter chah kar b ON nhi kr skte kyunki uski wjh se colours nhi dikhege shi se, so use bluelens chasma or ye doctor khud b use krta hoga, chutiya bna rha bs, kyu ki bluelight filter ON krte. Hi mobile ya screen me red light jyada ho jayegi, or usse screen me wo mja nhi rhega , better use bluelens

But the text function is not even active so we can not use it.
@@cajampa bro in india almost all of the internet using people know how to read english but everyone's mother tongue is hindi in most cases so they love watching content in hindi and i also dont know why but yt does not usually auto generate hindi subtitles as well
only in 1 or 2 indian videos you will see title and thumbnail in hindi out of 100 vids and its normal in our country as we are the most english speaking country only after usa and its been the same way in the country since the start

That sound weird indian (hindi) is massive on youtube.
And most western languages youtube manage to auto subtitle very well.
As long as the video has a hindi subtitle we can just ask the player to auto translate that subtitles track to whatever language we want.
Anyway, it is to me kind of weird that you say most hindi youtube video use english titles, because how can we non hindi speaking, but english speaking people know that those videos is not for us then.
To bad i will probably not be able to watch that video video though, if youtube does not upgrade how they handle hindi videos for the international market.

I think that hindi auto subtitles are in beta stage as you can see them in some vids but in majority they are not present
