Depending on how much of S4 Raven is recreate-able, she is without a doubt the strongest Titan. She doesn’t do much in S5 and gets kinda whooped when she does the little solo combat she does in the season. Beastboy could be better than Robin or Atleast comparable but he is so aggressive and foolish that he has no chance against any villan who is unpredictable. He is best suited in extreme chaos or extreme predictable which is rare. Starfire like Raven has a ton of raw potential in combat but rarely displays it in the series. Outside of whooping Blackfire she rarely is able to beat Villans that the others can’t on her own. Her rare instances of cunning only really happen when Robin is under threat but she doesn’t win on her own much. She works well with everyone though. Cyborg is hardest to know in the early seasons is for sure worse than Robin but in the 2nd half, he is a much better tactician, quick thinker, and leader. He maybe better than Robin. Ultimately the issue is the majority of Robins growth is finished by the end of S1 while other characters improve more in later seasons.

Dick Grayson has always been one of my favorite characters and I think he is better than Batman in many ways. He is a character who is always highly respected both when he is Robin and when he is Nightwing, who knows how to impress people and is extremely talented in fighting. So TTG is not only the original Teen Titans but also the opposite of Dick Grayson himself. This is the only series where he looks so pathetic and miserable. And the fact that this series prioritizes humor is no excuse for this. Because humor does not mean making one of DC's most handsome and talented characters look like a poor baby.
Even Comics Dick Grayson knows most of the DCU’s heroes and villains weaknesses and what to do to beat them, making him far more useful and a better strategist than most superheroes alone.
There’s a comic that takes place after Tokyo that shows robin grieving his parents on true anniversary of their death and at the end reveals Batman who was narrating the book the whole time

I love Scott millenville as robin. He’s probably my favorite robin voice ever. It’s kinda a shame that he is limited to the teen titans, because I would have loved to hear how he would sound given good chemistry with a batman

Robin is usually way more laid back and childish, but here, he seems to be more experienced and takes a lot of traits from Batman, even though he's not directly mention in the show. It's really cool.
This robin and Young Justice Robin (season 1) are my favorite versions of dick grayson. I like the batman-like cool personality he has in og Teen Titans (not TTGO heck naw), and the charismatic and quippy personality in young justice and knows when to be serious when necessary

Depends on how you define "strongest". In terms of raw power, I believe it's been stated in several different sources that Starfire is the strongest.

That is the whole reason why teen titans go is unwatchable for me. They turned Robin in a whiny bullied punchingbag. That gets zero respect. They completley destroyed his character.
