The question that comes up with Budew in the deck is, "Should a player go for a Zarude turn one or the Budew?"

Yeah, budew gives you another look at the busted Zarude attack with its free retreat and then budew gives you another t1 option if you have to attach to retreat one of you’re evolving basics. Gives the deck a lot more early options.

You can because they have different names. Reason why you can play regional variants like Weezing and Galarian Weezing.
