Thanks for taking the time to post your adventure. I have a 49 MH22 and the head will not budge. I noticed in your video it skipped that part, do you have any tips or tricks to separate the head from the block? Thanks in advance.
@@stupennycook8604 I used a block of wood and hammer to free the head up. If it's stuck in place I would use some penetrating oil around where the gasket is. I've also read to use a cherry picker to put upward pressure on it but not sure if that will work
I ordered most of the parts from steiner tractor but I switched to a local machine shop to help me find 3 rod bearings. After I get those rod bearings (next week) it will be put back together so stay tuned!!
