I lost my older brother 7 years ago, hearing you talk about how society has failed Jordan, and how he just wasn't given what he needed to grow really resonated with me, its what has been on repeat in my mind for the past 7 years. My brother is the reason I started skateboarding 20 years ago, so much of how you describe Jordan is almost identical to how I saw my brother, and how many of his peers did as well. I hope you're well Shawn, Jordan seemed like a great human, although I never met him, the way you describe him and how you portray his character, it feels as if I almost have. My condolences, RIP Jordan Hurt. 🕊

im sorry about your friend, about a week ago i lost a friend, we knew each other only for two years, it my first semester of uni and we met in class, we did not know each other for long but man he was shining greater than anyone i knew, i never understood how someone could be so positive against any adversary we face like him, always had a smile on him, you can never truly know or understand someone's value until they are gone.
