Hi, I'm having problems with the bottom tension being too loose. I can just pull the thread right out of a stitched section. I have tried adjusting the screw on the bobbin case but it doesn't seem to tighten at all, the thread feels very loose if I pull it out of the bobbin...
This video can't be save as it states "This action is turned off for made of contents for Kids" I think Kids would just be bored with it than being unsituable

Stuck in between the needle stitching hole, while stitching...cut the cloth 😢
You should be able to take the hook out and remove it that way

Check the machine is threaded right

@@sewingdirect2852 thanks, it was the bobbin in the case the wrong way. I never realised this made a difference
